SEA STAR IN LOWER MAKONIKEY

This newly renovated shingle style home, located in exclusive Lower Makonikey, is fully air conditioned and offers great views of Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands. It is a short walk along a wooded path to our private association beach.

There is a large porch on the front of the house with rocking chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. On the water side of the house there are decks on each floor with water views and a large table for outdoor dining on the second floor. The house will sleep 10 comfortably.

On the first floor, there are two guest bedrooms with twin beds, a large tiled bath and a cozy den perfect for relaxing, reading or watching TV. One couch in the den is a pull out providing extra sleeping space.

The second floor has a sunny and spacious open floor plan with water views and includes: living area with fireplace, a powder room, a gourmet kitchen with a counter and stools, a separate sitting area near the kitchen, and a large dinning area. The living area is furnished with country French antiques and is complimented by art work of Island scenes.

On the third floor there are two bedroom master suites, one with a Jacuzzi and gas fireplace. Both bedrooms have private baths one tiled in river stone and the other in a sea shell motif designed and hand crafted by a local artist. The rooms share a deck which is perfect for a cocktail at sunset.
